When will I receive my jewellery?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This email is automatically generated as soon as you place your order and should arrive within a few hours. Be sure to check your spam or filters in case it gets trapped but always feel free to reach out if you have any issues or concerns.

As soon as your package is dispatched you will receive another email with the tracking number for your order.

Does Atlas Accessories ship internationally?

Yes, we use a range of logistics partners and can ship anywhere in the world. Some extremely remote locations that do not have standard delivery routes may incur additional shipping charges however this is extremely rare.
Why is my order shipping in 3 days?

Once we receive your order, we handcraft your item to your exact specifications. Following this, we allow for a few days for additional waxing, drying and smoke cleansing before a final inspection. Each piece is unique and meticulously individual so we allow for extra time to ensure it is perfect. 

How will my package be sent?

We use a range of established logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL and Royal Mail to ensure we always have the quickest and safest route to send each order.  

Are there any custom duties charges?

No, we take care of this for you. If for some reason a logistics partner or government entity tries to charge you any duty or import charges just let us know. The price you pay is fully comprehensive of duties, taxes and shipping charges. 

Import/Export rules often change, and we choose logistics partners that we feel have the ability to keep on top of these changes to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
