Shipping Information

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address you have provided; updates include when your item(s) are scheduled to be shipped out. As soon as your package is dispatched you will receive another email with the tracking number for your order.

Shipping Rates

To ensure successful delivery we use Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed, which requires a signature for packages upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, you will receive a notice to rearrange delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or any non-physical or non-registered address. Below is a table of the shipping charges by territory. Please refer to the shipping zone categories below for country specific details.

Custom Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import tax that may be levied on goods imported into their country. Some countries outside the United Kingdom may require import duty on items over a certain value. If this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and it may be returned to Atlas Accessories. For more information regarding duties and tax, we advise customers to contact their local customs office.
