We have designed our accessories to endure life's adventures without having to be taken on and off, which is why we offer a 3-year guarantee on all of our products. If the leather or other components break during this period due to normal wear and tear, we will repair the accessory for free. Any accessory that has broken do to anything other than normal wear and tear will be reviewed and may not be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Please contact us via email info@atlasaccessories.com and be sure to include your original order number.

After the 3 year guarantee, we charge £16 + shipping to repair all pieces.

Items can be returned and exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, after which store credit will be offered if the return period has passed.

All returns or exchanges must be received by Atlas Accessories in an unused condition in the original packaging and undamaged. Partial refunds may be granted if items are missing parts or damaged.

On receipt of your item, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed to your original method of payment.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over £50.
